The app is free.
What you can do with the app
- Live monitoring: real-time voltage, temperature, volume, and IDS readings from every connected device.
- Configure devices: adjust probe calibration, gain, IDS thresholds, channel groups, mesh topology, and more.
- Recording sessions: capture timestamped value-stream sessions and review them in the app or in your customer portal. See Recording Sessions.
- OTA firmware updates: install firmware updates directly from your phone over Bluetooth or WiFi, with progress tracking and changelog notes.
- Frequency generator: built-in tone generator (sine, square, triangle, sawtooth) with sweep mode for testing and tuning.
- Smart Home (Matter): add supported WVC devices (running firmware 3.9.0 or newer) to Apple Home, Google Home, or Samsung SmartThings.
- Warranty and support: submit RMA requests and chat with LF Audio support directly from the Support tab.

After you install
Open the app, scan for nearby devices, and follow the on-screen pairing flow. For a step-by-step walkthrough see Getting Started.
To register devices to your account so you can view their recording sessions in the customer portal, tap the cloud-upload icon at the top of the device's detail page to add it to your account. See Account and Sign-In for the full account workflow.
