All warranty, return, and refund requests for LF Audio products are handled through the RMA portal:

The portal walks you through entering your order details, describing the issue, uploading any supporting photos or video, and receiving return shipping instructions. Using the portal is the fastest way to get your request reviewed — it routes directly to the team that can help.


How to File a Request

  1. Go to RMA.LF-Audio.com.
  2. Enter your order information and a short description of the issue.
  3. Attach photos or a short video if the product is defective or arrived damaged.
  4. Submit the request. You will receive a confirmation and, if a return is approved, shipping instructions with a return address.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • In their original packaging with any included accessories

Damaged-on-arrival items should be reported through the RMA portal right away so the issue can be evaluated.


2-Year Limited Warranty

LF Audio hardware is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
  • Failures not caused by the end user

What is not covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, or liquid exposure
  • Modifications, disassembly, or repairs performed outside of LF Audio
  • Damage caused by improper installation or use outside of product specifications
  • Normal wear and tear

EU Consumer Rights

Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without providing a justification. Items must remain unused with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase. File the request at RMA.LF-Audio.com.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products (special orders)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are not sure whether your item is eligible, open a request in the RMA portal and the support team will confirm.


After You File a Claim

  • You will receive return shipping instructions from the portal, including the return address and any tracking details.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the return or warranty claim is approved.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
  • If a refund has not appeared after 15 business days, open the request again in the RMA portal and the team will look into it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original through the RMA portal and place a new order for the replacement once the return is approved.
